Shaft Impact Crusher
There is two franges from verticals symmetry on both end of the shaft impact crusher,the high speed revolution roller is drived by the multiple groove pulley. Materials enter into the hopper,through the center feeder into the high speed impeller ,and speedup at more than ten times of the gravitational acceleration, then discharged from the discharging opening. Firstly, they bump with other materials which fall free after being bounced back. Then they impact together on the liner plates, and bounce back to the top area of vortex chamber.Again, the materials turn their moving direction , and this time move downward, thus to form a continual material layer by striking with the materials launched from the impeller channel. In this way, big materials are impacted, rubbed and crushed two and even more times inside the vortex chamber, finally discharging in smaller size at the bottom.

It is more widely used in crushing machine-made construction sand, stones and all kinds of metallurgical slags. Compared with other crushing machines, it is characterized by higher capacity, stable operation, easy maintenance and high sand-making rate.
